Cash Calendar Fundraiser

Hi Pentucket Softball Families! 💚🥎

We’re excited to launch our Cash Calendar Fundraiser — and as many of you know, this is our first year fundraising as an organization. We’re looking forward to building something strong for our program and creating opportunities that benefit all of our athletes for years to come.

Calendars are $10 each and give buyers a chance to win daily cash prizes from May 15 through June 15, with $2,200 in total prizes.

Our goal is for each player to sell 10 calendars. If everyone participates, we can make a huge impact together.

🎉 Player Incentive: Any player who sells 25 or more calendars will receive a special softball merchandise/apparel prize.

We also want families to know exactly what we’re working toward. Funds raised will help us reach important organizational goals, including but not limited too:

🥎 A new field dragger to help maintain our fields

🥎 Long term Stretch Goal: A portable concession stand to improve game day experiences and create future fundraising opportunities

Important Details:

• Players should collect payments and turn in calendar raffle stubs along with a single check made out to Pentucket Youth Softball for the total amount sold

• All calendar stubs are due to coaches by **Friday, May 8th! **

Please print and/or share the digital calendar with friends and family to help us reach our fundraising goals!

If you are unable to print and need hard copies, please let your coaches know and we will make sure they are distributed.
