Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
SPRING SOFTBALL REGISTRATION
Full Refund A full refund (minus any non-refundable processing fees) will be issued if: A written refund request is received before the registration deadline, or The program is cancelled by the organization. Partial Refund A partial refund may be issued if: A player withdraws after the registration deadline but before the first practice/game Any costs already incurred (uniforms ordered, league fees, etc.) will be deducted No Refunds No refunds will be issued if: The season has started (first practice or game held) A player is removed for disciplinary reasons A player quits or is dismissed for non-attendance Schedule changes, coaching changes, or weather-related disruptions occur Medical Exceptions Refunds for season-ending injuries or medical issues may be considered if: A doctor’s note is provided The request is made within a reasonable time Refunds will be prorated and exclude non-recoverable costs
